stayed at a & o for one night and really enjoyed the spacious mixed room. the 24/7 reception made checking out at midnight easy. also loved the convenient check-in terminals, despite a small hiccup in finding my name. it’s close to the railway, making it perfect for quick travels!

However, the cleanliness in common areas left much to be desired, with a noticeable level of grime in places. The entrances were uninviting and quite busy, which detracted from the overall first impression. Additionally, the unusual layout made navigating to rooms, especially on minus floors, rather confusing. Despite the decent pricing, the lack of a welcoming feel suggests it might not suit travelers seeking a relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Despite the overall quiet atmosphere, access to the common area was plentiful, which provided ample workspace and social opportunities. However, security fell short when an unauthorized person entered a guest’s room late at night, causing distress among our group. Renovations were ongoing, adding to the basic feel of the place.

The lack of lift access can be a hassle, especially with heavy luggage!!! Soundproofing is desperately needed, as the noise from trams makes it hard to get a decent night's sleep!!! The questionable bathroom cleanliness could really use some attention!!!
